Identification
Proper identification is required for any mobile notary public service requiring verification of signature.  

My primary function as a Notary Public is to examine identification to assure that you are the person listed on the document, and to act as an impartial witness when you sign your document. 

Options for ID
ID must contain a photo, physical description, signature, serial number, and must be current or issued within 5 years.

Documents
Please make sure your document is completely filled out. As a mobile Notary Public in the state of Ohio, incomplete documents cannot be notarized.

All fees are based on your zip code and document type. Travel/Trip/Service Fee and Notary Seal apply. Cancelation of Appointment must to be made 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time.  

Please note: You will be billed a trip fee if not cancelled within 30 minutes of scheduled appointment. 

After hours, holidays, nursing homes, hospitals, and other mobile locations that require special accommodations such as parking will incur an additional fee.

Prison/Jail is a flat fee charged per hour at $50. Deposit of $100 paid in advance required. 

While we offer 24 hour notary service and aim to assist our customers at any time and place, we do reserve the right to refuse jobs based on weather conditions or safety. Also, keep in mind we could be in another appointment.

Emergency service, after-hour, jail visits, and holiday surcharges do apply.
